След обсъждане и с решение на Областния кризисен щаб, Областният управител на Област Смолян издаде заповед, с която до второ нареждане се въвежда вечерен час на територията на цялата област от 22.00-06.00 часа.

After discussion and with the decision of the Regional Crisis Headquarters, the Regional Governor of the Smolyan Region issued an order, which until further notice introduces a curfew in the territory of the entire region from 22:00 to 06:00.
